The work on the new chastity belt starts...

So with the new design agreed on Dietmar started his work on the belt. He kept me up to date and sent me lots of images. It was fascinating to see my design come to life! Of course there were lots of discussions and we talked a lot about different caveats and problems and slight changes to the design where necessary.  While Dietmar was working on the belt I also tinkered with my 3D Printer and printed the prototype from PLA. This prototype from PLA was too filigrane to wear of course, but it was proof, that the locking mechanism and general belt design worked. I then this prototype to Dietmar to make his work easier.  Indeed having a working prototype where he could take the natural measurements was the best idea we have had. Working of images and measurements is one thing, but working from something you can hold in your hand is a different story.

So after testing out the various prototypes I made, I thought that it was time to start the "real deal". I contacted Dietmar from SteelWorxx  to talk about the possibility for a custom chastity belt.  He said he has never made a full belt before but he would like to try. We talked about various things and I showed him images of my prototypes and even sent them to him so he could have closer look.  It was all very positive and he thought that everything should be possible. Since I did not have any time pressure for the project it suited him as well. He is very busy and has a lot of orders, doing custom work beside might take a while. Butt plug for the chastity belt prototype

 Beside the chastity belt I also wanted to have a "lockable" buttplug. Meaning, that when caged there also would be the possibility to add a plug that could not be removed without unlocking. I thought about various methods how this could be archived. I came up with a solution that I think is quite nice. I printed the design with my 3d printer. It looked like this. Again this was printed in two halves, sanded, smoothed and painted. The form results in direct pressure being applied to the prostate. It is attached to the belt (when the belt is unlocked) by sliding it onto the steel cables in a 90 degrees angle and then turning it upside again. It can not be removed when the belt is worn because you can not pull out the plug because the steel cables are holding it inside you. You can not remove the plug from the steel cables because you can not rotate the plug 90 degrees without pulling it out... Simple but effective. The second prototype

So, I found out out with the previous prototype that too much pressure at the top of the belt (where the screw sits) causes bruises. Therefore I changed the belt and added a bigger ring like structure at the top, so that the pressure is evenly distributed. I also wanted the penis cage to be a fully closed tube because with bars I feel it is less secure.  I have a 3D printer at home, so I started and printed a tube. I did this by printing two halves and then cleaning, smoothing and finally gluing together the halves. Afterwards I added a layer of paint.  This is what it looked like: This worked out much better. The pressure was distributed over a bigger area, however I still felt that the area at the top could be bigger to be even more comfortable.

So after my initial research into available devices I started experimenting with designs. I created quick prototypes with brass and copper and soldered joints to see if the general idea was viable. I liked the design of the steel-cable chastity belts. They looked comfortable, lightweight and adjustable. One thing I did not like was the cable across the testicles.  Since I did not want something like this I designed something that would go around my testicles instead of over the middle. It looked like this. Then I designed a cage for the penis that looked like this. When put together you had something that looked like this. When worn, it looked like this. The idea for a new chastity belt

As you may have guessed from the title, I am into chastity play. I have pursued this type of fantasy for over 10 years now together with my wife and we have used several different devices. All of them stainless steel ball-trap devices made by SteelWorxx in Germany!  However I wanted to try something new. I wanted something highly secure but comfortable enough to do sports. I also wanted something that would not be painful during erections. Naturally I was searching into the direction of chastity-belts instead of the chastity-cage (ball-trap) style. There were big companies like NeoSteel, Latowski, etc. but I just could not imagine doing sports in those. I liked the style from the devices from FancySteel in Australia. However all belts hat some flaws that I personally did not like.
