An additional optional (lockable) anal shield/opening

So after a while looking at other belts I noticed that some of them featured an anal-opening in the cables. I always found those very erotic. Being "exposed" and "usable" while staying locked in the belt at all times is a huge turn-on for me.  True, the cables can be parted and e.g. a Dildo could be used for pegging, but I imagine for a real dick it would be painful to go between tight cables. So I designed an anal opening that goes together with my belt. This is what I came up with and what Dietmar produced (after some more 3d designing and printing etc.) I tried to design the opening absolutely ergonomic. Meaning that it is not a "flat" opening, but the "flaps" on the side have an additional bend away from the body following the curve of your butt-cheeks. This way I thought it would be more comfortable to wear and could be worn closer to the body. The opening itself is nearly 5cm in diameter, so I imagine it is enough space for any dick or toy ...

What can I say! The belt is finished! Dietmar sent me an image of the parts before shipping them to me! It is such a beautiful work!

The butt-plug for the new belt

The last missing piece was the lockable butt-plug and Dietmar from SteelWorxx  outdid himself making it to my exact specifications! What a beauty: As with the vac-u-lock adapter the butt-plug has a screwable base. So you can attach anything you like as long as you can screw it on. To prevent twisting or unscrewing Dietmar added tiny hidden side-screws at the base of the plug that when tightened prevent the contraption from turning. And here is the look after a first polish!

Meanwhile Dietmar finished the vac-u-lock adapter! The adapter can be removed and exchanged for anything else that can be screwed onto the dildo-holder.  This gives some extra flexibility and you don't even have to use vac-u-lock dildos. You could simply make any attachment you like!

Testing the belt with another 3d printed prototype

Meanwhile I incorporated all changed we had to do to the belt because of limitations into the 3d design and printed the parts in ABS. I acetone vapor smoothed the parts.  This resulted in a belt that is robust enough to let me test-wear it for a short amount of time.  Well, it fit perfectly and I could already tell that it would be super comfortable. I could hardly wait for the real-deal! 

What about sex?

Right, so Dietmar was working on my belt and I was driving him crazy with more ideas, images, wishes and 30+ page emails 😁. I then had a thought. What about sex? What if my wife wanted sex while I was in the cage. We could use dildos or other play things but what if she wanted to have sex in the most normal way possible.  Letting me out of the belt was out of question of course so I came up with the idea of using a strap-on over the chastity cage. While this is possible of course I think it would be cooler to use the chastity belt itself as attachment point. After all, why use a harness when I am in fact already locked into a harness? So back to the design board I came up with this: It is an attachment for the chastity belt which can be put over the top of it. The thing at the front is a vac-u-lock adapter. So while poor Dietmar from SteelWorxx  was working on my belt design my devious mind had even more ideas. As with the prototypes I wanted a buttplug. I wanted to be able to add and remove this plug while still being locked into the chastity belt. Of course the plug should be lockable, meaning that I would be unable to remove it until permitted. I thought about how I could archive this and came up with a design like this: It is a 4 piece system. Plug, Plugbase, LockHolder and Lock. The plug can be screwed to the PlugBase. This way you could change the form and type of the plug.  The plug can then be inserted (while wearing the belt). The cables from the belt then go through the plug-base. You can then insert the LockHolder and the lock. After locking the lock you can not remove the LockHolder from the PlugBase anymore. The work on the new chastity belt starts...

So with the new design agreed on Dietmar started his work on the belt. He kept me up to date and sent me lots of images. It was fascinating to see my design come to life! Of course there were lots of discussions and we talked a lot about different caveats and problems and slight changes to the design where necessary.  While Dietmar was working on the belt I also tinkered with my 3D Printer and printed the prototype from PLA. This prototype from PLA was too filigrane to wear of course, but it was proof, that the locking mechanism and general belt design worked. I then this prototype to Dietmar to make his work easier.  Indeed having a working prototype where he could take the natural measurements was the best idea we have had. Working of images and measurements is one thing, but working from something you can hold in your hand is a different story.

So after testing out the various prototypes I made, I thought that it was time to start the "real deal". I contacted Dietmar from SteelWorxx  to talk about the possibility for a custom chastity belt.  He said he has never made a full belt before but he would like to try. We talked about various things and I showed him images of my prototypes and even sent them to him so he could have closer look.  It was all very positive and he thought that everything should be possible. Since I did not have any time pressure for the project it suited him as well. He is very busy and has a lot of orders, doing custom work beside might take a while.
