The final design...

So after testing out the various prototypes I made, I thought that it was time to start the "real deal". I contacted Dietmar from SteelWorxx to talk about the possibility for a custom chastity belt. 

He said he has never made a full belt before but he would like to try. We talked about various things and I showed him images of my prototypes and even sent them to him so he could have closer look. 

It was all very positive and he thought that everything should be possible. Since I did not have any time pressure for the project it suited him as well. He is very busy and has a lot of orders, doing custom work beside might take a while.

I can work in Fusion360 (an free-for-personal-use 3D modelling software from Autocad) and I told him that I would try to design a belt and send him the images. 

The following was on my wish-list:

  • Comfortable for long term wear
  • Ergonomic and good locking 
  • Possibility to change the size of the belt
  • Not too big so it can be hidden in normal underwear
  • Secure (no tiny locks)
  • Possibility for a PA (prince albert piercing) fixture to prevent pull-out completely

I came up with this:





There is a larger metal plate (I call it "shield") to distribute the pressure on your lower belly. 
The lock (40mm) is fully enclosed into the belt and can not be reached at all when the belt is closed.
There is the possibility for a PA-Fixture.
It is possible to change the length of the steel cables when the belt is open.
It looks really nice and should be small enough to hide.

I am very proud about the lock-design. It is an ABUS Marine 75IB/40 lock. This is a lock that is designed to be used in heavy weather and maintaining a good security level. The keys look like this:



So I called Dietmar from SteelWorxx again and sent him the images with detailed explanations of how  the dimensions are and how the the locking mechanism works etc. I asked him if he could make something like this. He said that it would be a LOT of work, but he would take the challenge...

An additional optional (lockable) anal shield/opening

So after a while looking at other belts I noticed that some of them featured an anal-opening in the cables. I always found those very erotic. Being "exposed" and "usable" while staying locked in the belt at all times is a huge turn-on for me.  True, the cables can be parted and e.g. a Dildo could be used for pegging, but I imagine for a real dick it would be painful to go between tight cables. First impressions of the new belt

So here it is ... I got my belt! First some images how it looks inside underwear! I think it looks very inconspicuous. The bulge looks very natural and is not extensive at all. Here some naked images: I don't have any good images from my backside sorry 👅   So how does the belt feel and work. Simply amazing. It fits like a glove, is super comfortable and ultra secure! It does not move, you can not get an erection at all, you can not hump the cage or shake it.  However there is no pain or discomfort not during nights nor days. You can even do sports in it. I do jogging, sports climbing and short distance cycling. Frustrating, arousing and very sexy. I will write more about my experiences later.

How does it look like with the dildo attached?

Of course I have a vac-u-lock dildo and gave it a try! It is fantastic! The vac-u-lock adapter snaps over the chastity-belt and does not move at all. Attach the dildo and it actually feels absolutely natural!  This is a natural feel dildo and it is a very funny feeling when you grab hold of "your" dick and start to jerk off. It feels so very real because you can see it and feel it with your fingers. Only the lack of personal relieve tells you that you are still locked! You can definitly go to "town" with this toy and in fact my wife and me already did. She said it feels absolutely natural and that she has no intentions of unlocking me for quite a while since she does not need to ... she can have everything (and more) of what she wants without unlocking me.
